Hello my lovely running pals,

Today I turned 47 and I celebrated by going for an early morning 10km run. I know how to treat myself, right? 😂 And to prove there is life after 40, I got a personal best, to boot!

Gifts included new Runderwear (yay!) and books on running. Obsessed, moi?! Dinner with my laddie tonight.

Oh they were a saviour during the heatwave because of the sweat wicking! Very comfortable - but expensive for a pair of pants! x
