Apart from my physio, this has been a life- and sanity-saver:

amazon.co.uk/Running-Free-I...

Clearly he's a top professional in his field, but the real value is in the set of 21 "pre-hab" exercises that are referred to throughout. Nothing very revolutionary, but brilliant having them all in one place, a good schedule for doing them on a daily basis (you get through them over the course of 6 days).

It's also good at identifying potential root causes of pain and what to expect from a physio.

Probably well-known to a lot of you, but it's taking up a special place on my virtual bookshelf atm. Well worth an investigation....

Thanks. Ordering a paper copy, as I lose things on my virtual bookcase.

Still having varied knee niggles, so a comprehensive list of exercises would be good. 😊

Great thanks. My niggles are nomadic so hope he has some exercises for rambling aches and pains.
