Well I have done my 10K this morning and am feeling ecstatic.

I got up feeling horrible had a terrible nights sleep after looking after my 2 grandaughters at the weekend I went to bed shattered and still couldn't sleep but I was determined this was the week for my 10K and the rest of the week I am busy I will still do my running but I knew I wouldn't have time for a long one.
