I’m just starting my 10km training for a run at the end of September. I’m walk running to begin with using zen labs and so far so great. I’ve really slowed my pace using a gearfit2. It keeps telling me to slow down! Any slower I’d be walking but I ran for 36 mins yesterday and did 3.5miles so I’m happy with that. Onwards and upwards

Hey - Yes this is the one. I used the 5k one for my first trip on C25K.... the 10K offers a similar training plan for week 10 onward, but returns to intervals. 4 x 10 mins, 1 min walk. Increasing each week until 60 mins non stop.
It does use the basic assumption that you are running a 30 minute 5k tho, which is problem for many (me included!!).
I opted for ju-ju- 's plan, which just build on distance over the weeks - seems to fit better for me - 7k this week! eek!
Yes I was going to say I don't like that assumption. I have done a 10k in under 1hr, but it's not often hehe
