Well done to all of you who have been working towards your goals over the last month

Here is the certificate should anyone want to download it and keep it.

There will be a new Quest starting tomorrow

I like the look of all that!

My Quest has been successful: set the right goals and worked at them.

Cracked my 25km total running this morning (it was hot!)... I know plenty here will be thinking about running that in one go, but it has encouraged me in little and often this month which has met my current needs (and the weather) just right.

Swim goal - tick

Yoga 'more often than not' - yes, just!

Weight - well, I didn't quite get to where I intended but I do weigh less today than I have all month.

Hoping my fellow Questers are similarly pleased with their achievements.

It was a good month Quest wise. Every week but one, I reached my goals of 3runs with at least one being a trail run. I did more trail runs than non-trail runs this month. It was wonderful 😊. Looking forward to doing it again next month

My Quest was the FlaminGo challenge. Run Walk Cycle Swim Row as much as you like in a July distance challenge. I ran and walked 102.3k over 13 activities, I'm pleased with this considering the hot weather. 😊x Bling is on its way!

Hope everyone else did well....

Wow! Great distance Jan, especially with the heat you guys had. Can't wait to see your bling.

My Quest was to run 9 or 10 times in July. I didn't quite manage that but did manage 8 runs not too bad given the other distractions in July.

I managed my quest RFC. 3 runs per week, tick. A 5k run back under my belt, 2 ticks. Thanks for the certificate 🎓 :)

Thanks Realfoodieclub although I didn't manage to complete all my targets every week due to one thing and another I found this a great way to maintain focus. Managed to run my first sub 5 min km for the fast km part of my quest so pretty chuffed about that 😁
