Lovely certificate Millsie, thank you for this Quest. May has been a strange month for me, with eye problems, and sore throat issues ( allergies) interrupting the 10k plan , but I managed to complete it with a pb before having a weeks holiday in Cornwall. No running, but lots of lovely walks.
Bah. I've just been to look at my goals for this Quest. Did I get back to my gym? Yes, I did I am still loving it there, so that's good.
Did I get back to 10k comfortably? Ha! I think the furthest I managed this month was 5k, and that was extra slowly because I kept stopping to take photos. Oh, well, something for next month!
A mixed bag with my goals but I am happy enough. Pulled one out of the hat yesterday to do enough swimming and running that it all added up to 20km for the month and fulfilled the requirements for the Mums Milk Run part of my Breastfeeding Network (the second part is an event in October). That really doesn't represent a lot of running but a goal achieved is a goal achieved.
My other main goal was around yoga and that's been a bit of a paltry effort, all sorts of obstacles in the way of my online classes.
