So just a thank you to all of you that gave me good advice about sending my Brooks back. As you will have seen already I have been giving a new pair. So thank you all as I would have not bothered and just carried on,putting it down to experience!

Have you been given advice on lacing up the shoes? I think the top hole is only for when using a heel lock lacing (as shown in various places in the web). I use it because my heel moved as I ran, but the laces don’t tie up from that hole

Hi Dexy. Your quite right I did get loads of good advice from this forum and I won’t tie them up from that lace hole. Yes it’s certainely new shoes feeling again hee! hee!
