So it may not be the fastest pace ever, but I did stop off for a quick dip in the sea to cool off! (Should it really be 3k followed swiftly by 7k?)

Anyhow it’s good to know what the magic 10 feels like. And running in wet togs is actually really good on a hot day.

Plodding along the seafront at sunset, with a huge grin on my face, I realised it was exactly 3 months since my Cto5k graduation. Such a good feeling and was far more energised at the end than on shorter runs.

Bit achy today but still smiling inside!
