I wanted to share a little something with the group! 😊
I received a notification from MapMyRun yesterday to say I’ve run for 300k 😮
So of course I stopped what I was doing to have a look....... (always taken a photo and saved all the runs as you do! 😂)
Since the start of March... Ive now done 53 runs of 5k or more. 😮
My first 5k run was over 33 mins and I was so proud, I don’t think the smile came off my face for a week! This morning I did 5k in 26:33! On Sunday i ran 10k in 57:35. I never find any of my runs easy when I’m running, but walking home afterwards I always think..... at the start of the year and before c25k I couldn’t even run for 30 seconds!☺️

Great progress and in such a short space of time you'll be sub 20mins soon you're 15 seconds quicker than my 5k pb, but 1min slower than my 10k so will let you off.. not that i'm comparing or owt hehe

Oh my word Jason, that’s utterly brilliant, and a true inspiration! All those 5ks! That got me thinking, and I looked back at my own stats, and since I started C25K last year I’ve done a little over 300k in terms of measured runs too. Well done though, you’ve done more in a much shorter time span than I have. Fun, isn’t it?!
