Hi all, just been out for an early morning run to complete wk 1 of JuJuโs plan. ๐Already done 5K and 5.5K this week so just 2.5K to do today. I decided to use stepping stones to see if I could up my pace a bit ๐โโ๏ธ while I didnโt manage to keep up with the rigorous pace, in the cooler weather I did my best and managed 2.5K in 14:28 and pace was 5:38 per Km ๐ Very impressive, even if I do say it myself!! ๐๐๐คฃ

That's the ticket. Intervals, hills and "hard intense" stuff for the short runs. I'm hoping they'll strengthen my legs. My legs are worried and contemplating emigration.
