Another early start at 6.30 this morning for the final run of week 4, the big one, the 8k. Decided to go on my usual route up by the railway line, it seemed everybody else had made an early start too as it was quite busy this morning; 3 dog walkers, 3 runners and a cyclist, normally all I see is rabbits I wasn’t exactly Speedy Gonzales at an average pace of 7.16 but I got the job done Have a great running weekend everybody.
