Another early start at 6.30 this morning for the final run of week 4, the big one, the 8k. Decided to go on my usual route up by the railway line, it seemed everybody else had made an early start too as it was quite busy this morning; 3 dog walkers, 3 runners and a cyclist, normally all I see is rabbits :) I wasn’t exactly Speedy Gonzales at an average pace of 7.16 but I got the job done :) Have a great running weekend everybody.

I'm sure you will do it, don't worry too much about time. My run seemed very slow this morning, I was amazed it was as fast as 7.16

Given the heat and the distance, your pace was cracking! Well done, orangeguy, you did brilliantly! x

Thanks Sadie, it felt a bit of a plod to be honest but its my longest ever distance so glad I did it and back home for breakfast before the sun is out :)

Plodding is good for the long runs. 😁👏
