NRC Run Beyond: Week 1 done!

I seemed to have done week 1 in reverse, ending week 1 this morning with a quick 25 min recovery run, all about celebrating your runs. 🎉🎉🎉

Next week is themed DON’T HOLD BACK!

I haven’t done the 30 on 30 guided run yet so I’m looking forward to that. Similarly, a 3 min run!??? The 1 minute run of week 1 was hilarious, so what will the 3 min run bring?

Happy running in g, everyone!

The three minutes will be three times as much fun as the one minute, betcha Coach B says something to that effect 🤣

Well done on your run 😊👍 I am disappointed not to get a run this week - just been feeling too tired and unwell 😕 Hopefully try week 1 of this challenge next week 👍

Sometimes a weeks rest is all you need to run much stronger. Whenever I’ve been on the injury couch for a couple of weeks, my first few runs are so much more stronger and I think this is due to longer recovery times.

That next run is going to be great, I bet!

Like you I'm using the NRC and loving it I'm doing the half marathon one and it's definitely improving my 5k times

Fabulous! Yes, it’s a gem in the runnjng workd, isn’t it. And I’m so thankful it’s free.
