For me always early morning. Cooler and sets me up for the day.
I'm an evening runner, by necessity but also choice. The later the better! Running in the dark is brilliant, you can see all the bats swooping around you and the air is prickly and cool.

For me it’s more a mental thing - I am always stronger and more focussed early mornings, so that’s my most successful, enjoyable time to run. But everyone’s different!

I don't mind either. I used to love the headtorch in the winter but Dawn is great too. It's all in the head 99%

Early... always.... right now I would run at any time... ( still on the IC)

Running has always been first thing in the morning for me, obviously with the hot weather its good but I prefer it all the year round, I like the fact everywhere is quite and the solitude of early morning running.
Oh, that's interesting. I haven't thought about morning stiffness and haven't been aware of it when running.

If I have learnt anything its that all of our bodyclocks are different so our performance is peak at different times. For me, I run early every day, its when my body works. I dont think I physically could after 7PM.
