Did my 7k from week 3 of ju-ju- s plan tonight, a smidgeon under 50 mins at a constant pace (treadmill controlled) , wouldn't exactly say that I finished ad fresh as a daisy but definitely could have kept going, my target when setting out on the 10k plan was to do it in less than 75 mins, for the first time feel confident I might achieve that, my 3 month anniversary of joining the C25K plan, would never have thought I would be here in such a short space of time, happy running everybody

Thanks a lot, hoping to have the Graduate10 badge alongside my name in a few weeks π€π»
Well Done you! That's a fantastic achievement already, and great to hear you're on track. I haven't thought about how long 10K will take, but presume it'll be slightly over twice my 5K, allowing for a slower pace to accommodate the fatigue of a longer run.
Youβre doing brilliantly Berksrover ! A few of us seem to be hitting our 3 month anniversary atm. Agree wholeheartedly on how far weβve come and how well our bodies are supporting us!! π¬
