Out early, 11k with Oldfloss at my shoulder, slow and steady( gradually getting slower and unsteadier towards the end- have ordered drinks belt upon return🙄), lovely epsom salts bath while conducting Bruch’s violin concerto 😂 and using houseguest’s left-behind shampoo( v fancy brand!!), and now time for that sublime cup of tea in my favourite cup ( it really is the size of a small bath!), waiting for son & hubby to get back from a Box Hill cycle! Hope everyone has a fabulous day 😎

Yes, I didn’t want to carry a bottle in my hand- already lop-sided enough- and I realised the error of my ways by about 5k! Amazon Prime is a fabulous invention- I’ll have it for Tuesday!!
