Wk 3 run 2 done = 7k!

As a special Ruby Wedding Anniversary gift to myself I've done the 7k as my run 2 of week 3.

Looks now that I might be able to complete week 3 more or less on schedule by doing the final run of the week (3.5k) on the final day of 'my' week - all of which will make me very content.

Meanwhile, it's time to finish decorating the cake for our party. Huge thanks to everyone for support and cheerful guidance (as usual).
