Feeling so happy finally run 10K. My time was 1:20:54 so I was slow but I did it!
Thanks for advice Irish Princess, Claire065, and others (sorry not worked out how to tag people into posts!)
I had wobble at 7k and walked to take a good drink (it was a hot day in Manchester today!) and again at 9k when I tripped on a stone but carried on otherwise at my pace and I enjoyed it!
My friend had an amazing run and did it 53 minutes!! In awe of that!
Hereβs us with our medals (I am on left)
Celebrated with a scone for me and ice cream for Mandy!

Thatβs great! Wondered how you might get on. It was a hot one today for sure. From not thinking you could do it to putting up a pretty good time you did good πππΌππΌ
