10K!

Hi all,

Well I started my couch to5K in Sep last year and after graduating I aimed for a 10K before my 40th birthday(July) but got impatient and so I have gone and done it!!!!!

I am still painfully slow and still dont feel like a runner but I am happily plodding along😜
