After an injury there is always doubt. But happy to say I am back in love with running again. Although my goals have slightly changed. I had the dream of a half marathon in October but that is on the shelf for now. As I want to focus on enjoying the run. And I think the distance between 5 and 10 k is the one I enjoy best for now so i am going to stick to that for now
I have not done a park run for a month so looking forward getting back to that tomorrow so if anyone is in Coventry Memorial park tomorrow I will see you there

Was worried that I was getting to comfy on the couch. Motivated myself to get back park running too. Awaiting my official result but my strava says 27:24 and if official time is anywhere near that I will be happy. I love these park runs some people can be quite chatty when running i like that, and you can use people as pace setters. I tryt not to be competitive but I know I am, Just wish I had a sprint gear at the end
