Beach run today

Yesterday I did a fairly disappointing run round a park in town and couldn't even wear my Garmin as it had lost its charge since leaving home.

All better today though as I ran 5k along this lovely beach 😊 Didn't take music so that I could enjoy the run with all my senses.

It was odd, but ok. I went for the firm stuff, at one point it got a bit wet as the tide was coming in (but hey, I've been running through mud all winter 😄) and at one point I climbed up to run along the promenade as the beach there was even wetter. Overall I really enjoyed it, the sights and sounds were amazing 😀
