Another one in the bag ... managed to get the right podcast so did 30 minute run along the canal ... great to run in new places ! Dodging the nettles and running to the beat !

The bpm increases through the three, from SS, Stamina and speed.
The stamina is a sort of beginners progression run.🤔
I am finding them very helpful and a bit of structure until jumping onto a more structured programme.🌟👏👏

Totally ... although my first listen was to the speed one so I went in all guns blazing !!! Today I did stepping stone and ran about 5 miles as I was in unfamiliar area with the car on a meter !!!

Yay .Good going , nettles and all.I'm consolidating too ..I've done three Speed ones now , alternating with week 9 podcasts..but stupid stupidly ran on longer and faster and have a few Shinsplint issues.Feeling massively frustrated as missing an opportunity to go out today, terrified if damaging anything.Can't believe I'm actually upset I can't go for a run..who ever thought it!Go go you!
