One of the good ones this morning. I am getting my bearings and finally ventured off a straight line even though I thought I was lost at one point.

Good rhythm and breathing from the off and the last 2 splits were about 6 minutes each which for me is very speedy.

Very happy and now for a round of golf.

Run happy, run safe.

Great running. You had any good ol boys follow you slowly in a pickup yet? Or you too far north for that 😀
