Can I finally call myself a runner, now that week 4 is here and I am running more than walking? Seriously - found this week challenging but I felt good having managed the first run of the week.

Hi JCS Can I just ask, are you going through Couch to 5K at the moment? If so, you might be better off posting this in the Couch to 5K forum, as this forum is a bit less active and more focussed on what happens after graduating from couch to 5K, that's all. It's here: healthunlocked.com/couchto5k
Having said that, Week 4? I would say if you feel like you are a runner, you probably are. I think it's easy for those of us who have already completed the programme to forget just what a challenge it is, and how much the milestones mean. I remember I was grinning for ages simply after completing Week 1 Run 1 of C25K, so you're doing really well.
All the best, Neil

Yes, you are a runner 'unofficially' but it's not until you complete week 6 run 3, that is a non-stop run of 25 minutes that you become a runner officially.
