2nd 10K run ☺️

It wasn’t a fluke then. I did it again! Wasn’t planning to really, just thought I’ll see how I go in this heat. Felt tired at 6-7K but thought I’ll keep going to the downhill bit 😂 Got there and that helped me recover a bit. The last km was a real struggle as I decided I’d push myself for the final bit but probably went off to soon and watched those final few metres on my watch like a hawk. Must have looked a right sight!! Now need to incorporate some strength training into my week. I think I’m going to give the seven app a go. Anyone else do this?

Well done. I was the same and wasnt sure if it was a fluke after the first 10k, then I did an 11k and felt vindicated x

Well done you... I’ve not heard of the 7 app but if it does strength training that sounds good and is really sensible to do alongside your running.
