Completed my first 10K this morning. We did couch to 10K in 10 weeks and we are still a little shell shocked! We did it in 1hr and 45 seconds so hoping the next few weeks we can bring it under an hr but right now I’m just elated and so grateful for this group. We had some great advice xxx
