Decided to go for run 🏃🏽‍♀️ on the treadmill on holiday this morning before breakfast. Was very aware of missing my beloved ❤️ ParkRun today for the first time since starting c25k! Never ran on a treadmill before. Set it to 1% as the admins suggest. Hmmm. No idea what speed I should have set it to so I just kept gradually increasing and tried to imagine where I’d be on the ParkRun as I ran! I enjoyed controlling the speed but was dripping with sweat by the end - no air to dry me along the way! Was quite boring with nothing to look at but the data in front of me. 💤 oh well. Feeling proud now though 😂 Back to the pool for me ☀️

Yes I was concerned but now I feel I could alternate between the two. I’ve had to google speed conversion charts though so I can do the right pace next go.
