So my alarm is set for 2.30 tomorrow morning as we set off to stay with my brother in law in Oregon for a couple of weeks.
The running gear is packed and I will try to fit in some runs in the mornings.
In the meantime a final 4k at a decent pace in pretty warm conditions.
Run happy, run safe.

Viareggio, Tuscany. We’re the same, done all the lakes and Amalfi coast but haven’t been to Rome yet, we’re putting that right in September 😎
