Eek! Milk bottle legs!

Eek! I have just been out running. In shorts. In public!!

Training has lapsed rather since my triumphant first 10k mid April. But I have another race in 3 weeks time, so I really do need to get back on the case.

I’m away this weekend, and have persuaded a friend to try the Cragside 10k with me, has anyone else done this? It looks rather hilly.

Not raced there but I have been there and it’s hilly as you’d expect given the name of the house 🙂

I thought this one was held in April?

This is a National Trust run, they do them once a month. Suspect it will be very good hill training! There’s others around the country too apparently.

Once a month Ooh I didn’t know that. Cragside should be good practice 💪😃👍🏃‍♀️

Cragside is wonderful - I’ll remember that for the future. I have visited many times, though not to run. It should be good timing for the rhododendrons in bloom. Also interested that the NT do monthly runs. Have a great time. 😃

Never done the 10k there, so don't know the route but as everyone else said the actual grounds are stunning ( and a bit quite very hilly )
