Just a thought

Crikey...thats nuts!!!!
yes, but he's not normal ...

Yeah I was meant to run but felt I should let him have this one.
😂😂😂

I had a quick chuckle at that one - he's faster than my 5K!!

Its just mind blowing really isnt it ? It makes you realise how amazing these elite athletes are . I think he did his first kilometre in 2mins 43 seconds . He will be just a blur going past xxx
Amazing int it. You look at Mo and Paula Radcliffe and you think there’s nowt on em. How do they have the strength, power and stamina to do what they do
They have to train though. Just like the rest of us mere mortals
💕 Love em 🙂👏🏃♀️🏃♂️

Keep practising 💪😁🏃♂️

Amazing but I bet you have had more PBs this year than him 😉 - it's all relative.

Puts things into perspective doesn't it?
So, if I extrapolate this out then each of my legs can run a 5k faster than Mo can do a 10k, so am I right in thinking using both my legs in a 10k means I'll be faster than Mo? I think that's how the science works. Bring on the EMF10 on Saturday! I've got both my Mo legs raring to go!

I absolutely love how fast he goes compares to me. I did the GNR and being slow and in the last wave I think he had just about finished before I even got to the start line.

The idea is to calculate the number of his steps then simply do them a tad quicker, and lo and behold, you beat him.
