Just a run

30 minutes, heartrate slightly lower, pace slightly faster, kept passing a dustbin lorry with the aroma of everyone's rubbish, turned for home and blow me if he didn't turn too and pass me once again.I'm happy with that!

Have a great day, and if it isn't great smile and make it so.

Great running, shame about the dust cart! Feels good when you know your heart rate is lower. I’ve noticed that with my running, too. I’ve kept with the slower running on Saturdays and also notice that my heart rate is starting to recover more quickly after the intervals I’ve been running!

It's definitely better, I'm enjoying myself but I might stay away from that static bike at the gym, my legs ached a bit for days, but maybe if I keep using it I'll get stronger

Bin day comes with extra challenges!!!

Great run for you…nothing rubbish about embracing the slow heart rate…definitely one to recycle. I’ll stop with with bin puns now!! ❤️

🍏That’s where Buffs come into their own 🤣 Pull them up over your nose! Thats started all of us with a laugh! Nice run too. Mine was also a short one on Monday. Today will be my longer run. Love mixing up the distance & routes.

The dreaded bin smell. Maybe sprinkle a few drops of perfume on your buff next time you run on bin day?

Alternatively you could just stop breathing for a while 😂😂😂😂 (no, on second thoughts that wouldn't work)

Stopping breathing is more tempting 😜. I'll go a different way next time I see bin men, or just sprint past them holding my breath. Today's issue was they kept coming past me then stopping until I was past them 🤣
