I did a local fun run today, 2 miles. It was really enjoyable and I ran it in pretty much the same time as last year. I was hardly even aware of my groin pain so I think my 2 shorter runs during the week helped. The crowds made me feel like trying Parkrun again - haven't done one since last autumn 😃
