First 10K timed - Knowle fun run

I did the Knowle 10km fun run today and I loved it. Was it fun hell no. Was it hot - boiling

But what I loved was that there was all ages running and the route was full of spectators, kids were out there squirting the runners with water pistols and addults squirting us with hoses. It was fantastic.

Chuffed to bits I did it and am so happy 55min 54 sec. Now onto the next goal run for 15km. I do still have a half marathon in mind in October but not sure I have the legs for that yet
