Not too much to report other than another decent plod about...nice to be able to run for at least ten minutes again without feeling like i am going to collapse 😁 & i even got my legs out!!!my apoligies to the general public!!!😁

Well done for carrying on getting out there - and looking about 15 years old! You are so amazing. You've had ill health and very challenging personal circumstances to deal with, and you're still running. and you haven't been afraid to ask for support. xxx

Oh you do make me laugh 😂🤣 15?my mental age does resemble a 15 year old sometimes haha 😂🤣 the crows feet around the eyes are a dead give away not to mention the bits of grey hair hidden by hair dye 😉

That’s ok, Im an old bat, I would need two pairs of glasses to see crows feet on a photo that size 😂 not that I believe you have any! X

Well you certainly look like a runner. Keep up the plodding and you ll be 10king before you know it. I’m still only at 6km but getting parkruns in the bag every week and I ll slowly get to that 10km xx
