Slow but 10k all the same

Last one of ju-ju- ‘s 5 to 10k. Average speed of 8k per minute. Didn’t use the Jeffing method more the effing and Jeffing method. Why didn’t I pick up my new headphones rather than run in silence, why didn’t I take water. Moan, moan 😂. Still happy to have completed it ( aching, but happy).

Speed, pace, etc etc don’t matter. You are carefully increasing distance. Slow and steady is gonna get you there safely. You are building your legs and lungs, not to mention your arms and upper body, shredding your mid section 😃👍🏃‍♂️

It’s good int it. You will be amazed at what you are capable of 💪👍🙂

Very true. When 1st started C25K thought 1 minute runs would be the end of me, never dreamt over an hour would be possible.
