It may be slow, it may be steady and it may take a while but....I shall enjoy getting there

They are Adidas... all my shoes are.. these are Adidas Duramo... they have never let me down and really suit my feet. My field and track shoes are Adidas Galaxy..( thanks to Hidden

They are not top range, but they work.. and I have always got a good deal on them, although I had a shock this time as, even at sale price..they were a lot more than my first pair

Yes... the training has begun... and I have already done today's strength training xxx

I know Flick....I get very attached to things...gardening shoes now.. glued the sole back on

I have always had a reputation for calm and steady ( inside though I can be bubbling up and going haywire)... Maybe I got all my speed out before I was twenty!!!

The goal is reachable... it will take a while but..I will do it Just need to fins a HM with no hills!!! x

Are new running shoes like buying a new mattress/sofa/carpet/pillow* - you don't realise how bad (= comfy, moulded (maybe mouldy)) the old had got until you buy new?
