I think I might be a runner....

The first pair of running shoes... October 2015... finally gave their all on a very, very wet and soggy run, Friday last week...

They have served me very well... and thankfully, I think I am, at 68, (birthday today in better condition than them...they are two and a half years old

Time for some shopping I think

Yes sorry for delay in reply we were driving back to Italy - 17 hours in the car and then we had a water issue.... Ho hum. But yes am back ahead on my Alzheimer’s Challenge. And can I just say on the leggings front, this afternoon on driving to the next village we spotted a mamil on his bike in green lycra bike shorts. Except that the lycra was somewhat stretched and he was cycling commando.... He didn’t have it, but the view was that clear I could have told you if he suffered from acne on his bum! Horrible - we ladies don’t do that to the general public!
