Enjoying a cooler run! 🙂

I managed to turn my ankle on Saturday negotiating some muddy ground and although it seemed fine on the rest of the run, it was quite achey later on in the day. Fortunately it has felt fine since, so I tested it on my local 'pavement pounder' after work today. Happily all seems well and it felt so good to have a return to the cooler weather too! Hope everyone enjoys their running this week.🙂🏃🏽‍♀️
