In October I couldn’t run more than a few steps without burning lungs. Now thanks to following ju-ju’s plan I’ve just run 10k. Eeeeeeeek

How long did you leave between that and starting 10k?
I did 9 weeks on c25k then started ju_ju’s plan 8 week’s ago. I ran three times per week from 5k graduation
About 2 months I think.....ish
