Managed 4K on the treadmill as intervals...1 k steady, 1/2 faster, 1/2 faster still then back to 1 k steady again and repeat.

Man oh man that was HARD work!! Possibly/defo didn’t judge my pace very well and really had to dig deep for the last 1/2k 🙄

oh well you live and learn...still feel good for it though!! 😬

Thanks, it’s a good reminder that I can go a tiny bit quicker than snail pace sometimes!!

Congrats Catbee! I do interval training and it is bloody hard😡😡 But is worth it.so well done you! I downloaded an 30 minute interval timer app. I find it’s good as an alternative to running especially if I’ve had a bad run or weather is bad,I do this and feel as if I’ve actually done something.👍👍💪🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
