I am so happy - Week 14 Run 3 - my last run AND I hit 10.39km OMG I’m sooooo happy! I started the C25K on New Years Day & completed it in Feb... I then downloaded the 10K APP & thought I’ll give it my best ..... absolutely over the moon! Now to decide what to do next xxx Thank you to everyone who supported me & gave me the encouragement!

Well done.... perhaps consolidate the 10k distance and aim for a goal to do X miles a month?
Wow JustLisa what an achievement. You might want to consolidate your 10km runs before pushing on to further distances, especially as you didn't have much consolidation between finishing C25K and moving on to the 10k programme. I know it may sound boring to consolidate, but it's a good way of building up your running legs and reducing the risk of injury.

Amazing achievement. I too started C25k in jan but have yet to run more than 5.5k and v slow doing that! Well done!

Well done! It's a wonderful feeling isn't it? I did my first 10k this Tuesday and am having a rest before running for fun with no goals for a while, then maybe working on pace and letting distance take care of itself.
