Done. Lots of talking to myself before I got my kit on and set off this Sat morning! But I did go. Timer set for 30 mins after warm-up and surprised myself as it went quicker than I thought. I can see myself getting stronger.
It helped me thinking of ramsgaterunner79 and all others on these sites who have encouraged me. Thanks.

Well done. Funnily enough I ran today with music for the first time Since I don't know when - and it wasn't too bad either😀. It does help to mix things up, and there are so many different ways to keep things interesting.
