Its Friday, its run day and its sunny. Back to the cycle track today as the weather was just beautiful . I'm sure I must be solar powered as my run just felt so good and normally near the end when I'm flagging a bit I seemed to get more energy.

I did 7K yesterday - yes, still on JuJu's magic plan- and I ran past some donkeys which really lifted my spirits. Spring is truly on the way too, lovely sunshine and nature starting to come back to life. Take pleasure where we can 😊
Haha solar powered, now there’s a thought?! How fab would that be?! It truly was a beautiful day to run today, I missed out, today was run day but life has just got in the way today so I have my fingers crossed that I can do a bit of solar powered running tomorrow.
