Sub 20 Park Run!

Not me clearly. No such thing as a fast Loris! Youngest daughters boyfriend visiting again.

Actually my first Park Run was with Mrs Loris, 2 of the Loris offspring and 2 boyfriends of the same. I started at the back so as not to get in anyone's way but that led to a sort of shuffling start for the first 100m or so. It was a slightly hilly route through the forest so I was quite happy to come in at my normal 5K time in the end. About 250 runners which really threw my off my stride but good fun. Back for more next week I think. I now have a PB to beat.

Well done. My sons best time is 21 minutes, he’s not been able to get it below 20, well done to your daughters boyfriend and well done to you 😎

Woah! That is some speed. I have seen some young whipper-snappers about in the park and am so envious of their lightning speeds - must be so exhilarating.
