I just finished my 8k of ju-ju- 's plan - not the current one but the last one. Great feeling especially as 2 weeks ago I was in bed with flu ๐
It was sunny this morning, sun had gone in by the time I went out but it did peep out once or twice. What a lovely feeling to run without a jacket - no rustling - just my laboured breathing at times ๐ Lovely spring colours in the gardens and hedgerows and at one point a rabbit ran out in front of me - very Eastery (hmm.. not a word?)
I feel properly back on track now and looking forward to the next 'week' of runs - each week of the program has taken me more than a week to complete but I'm happy with that.
Happy running y'all ๐

Brilliant, it doesn't matter if it takes you a little longer than the plan. In fact I found that having extra rest days helped me on some of the runs (although I did Sami Murphy's rather than Ju-ju's but the principle's similar). Good luck.
Thanks Razouski . I am using Sami's music which I love but (on my version at least) she doesn't say what distance you should be attaining each week, just the time. It works well with Ju-Ju's plan, anyway ๐
