Happy 50th

What a glorious sunny 3degrees in Bonny Scotland and turning 50. I decided today to just listen to my music no podcasts and just run. Well I managed 7 km felt I could have managed more but didn’t want to push it. Off to New York on wed taking my running shoes just in case I can fit run in even on a treadmill. Really enjoyed that today. Xxx
