I took full advantage of mr catbee being off today and went out leaving him in charge of getting the youngest catbee up and ready for school!

I ran 3k around the village, I was worried I’d cough and sneeze my way round but actually I didn’t feel too bad! I’ve coughed loads since I’ve got back in...is that normal when you run after a cold ? 🏃🏼‍♀️🤧

Oh, well done! As for the coughing, I would think the pumping of lungs with running is getting rid of gunk.

That's brilliant 👏I usually drink a glass of water before and after a run and this seems to help stop coughing
