Sunday I will be running a 10k run on Norfolk Coast Path with some of my work colleagues raising money for research into a childhood cancer.
Well today we decided to do a run at lunchtime, just a short run they said!
Ended up running 6.3k in about 45 mins including 2 stops for selfie photos and 4 times waiting to cross busy roads.
Even though we arrived back soaking wet (started raining halfway) we had a brilliant time.
Don't think I can run again at lunch time as was bright beetroot for 2 hours π

Thank you, so far we've raised Β£1225. It's a charity supporting one of our colleague's daughter so very worthwhile indeed π

Good luck on Sunday. Ruuning around the Norfolk coast sounds lovely. Which bit are you doing? Also where is that pic, is it Ipswich marina?

We are doing Cromer to sidestrand and back. Rather hilly π¬ photo is by river in Norwich towards Carrow Bridge

Ah yes, there are a few climbs on those bits. Do you run along the beach past the golf course at overstrand or do you have to go round the back? I can imagine it could get quite tough if you end up on loose sand.

I think we are up on the cliff but Iβm just following the others π

But what if you end up first
