Snow breaks in training?

Argh! Just getting going with ju-ju’s 10k plan, nicely finished week 2 and now it has snowed ☹️

Running club off this week, and I suspect Parkrun will be too, and too icey/snowy/cold to go out on my own. There’s some limited indoor stuff I can do, but no running machine, this is going to set me back - boo!

I had to abandon my plans for a longer run today before i go away as the snow hit. Very frustrating. I will have to wait a few days for a run in the sun on holiday. I don't think it should set things back too much. Importantly keep safe, you don't want to break anything!

Really irritating isn’t it, not many of us have either the money or the same for the running machine... And I don’t suppose a mobile running machine hire company would be travelling in this weather anyway!

Life happens.... perhaps do some indoor squats etc if you are following Rignold ’s plan?
