The beast from the east has arrived!!, that's me done for February

Well it certainly has, heavy snow fall overnight in Newcastle with worse predicted for the rest of the week.

So that's my running done for February, I only managed 8 runs which is a bit disappointing but did 60k and upped my best distance from 7k to 14k.

Swelling has considerably subsided on my shin since yesterday, so looks like I could be good to go on Sat.

A gentle jog on Thurs will tell a story 😊

😂😂😂 to be fair the pic is my workplace on a business park, out in the sticks where I live the car had 2 or 3 inches on roof and bonnet this morning.
