Road to 10k - checkin

Hello everyone, having not posted in either forum for ages, thought I would check in. I am loosely following a variety of plans (including ju-ju’s) to get me to 10k for a race in mid-April. Last week, I managed a 6k run with a short break halfway for photos, and then went on to a new PB at Parkrun on the Saturday. This week I’ve had a rotten cold, but attempted a 7km with my running group, although there was a lot of jeffing on the return leg. Parkrun today was not quite so good! But it all feels like I am making progress.
